Natalie ScottHuman Resources Supervisor

Natalie Scott is the Human Resource Manager and has seven years of experience working alongside the executive team at PowerHouse Youth Facility. Natalie is responsible for hiring and educating employees on the agency’s policies and procedures, including training software, effective communication, and organizational procedures. Natalie is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Natalie is inspired daily by her two children, Codi and Tillman. In her free time, Natalie likes to hike, work out and spend time with her children at the happiest place on earth.

Robin BryantProgram Facility Supervisor

Robin Bryant is the Program Facility Supervisor at PowerHouse, she ensures that programming and daily activities are in compliance with State and Licensee standards. In addition, Robin supervises House Managers and the Maintenance department. Mrs. Bryant believes in second opportunities and guides the youth we serve to reach their optimal potential. She is a grandmother of 10 and loves family time and reading.

Yessica MuñozProject Manager

As Project Manager, Yessica ensures that PHYF is in compliance with the Arizona Department of Child Safety, Qualified Residential Treatment Program, and CARF International. Yessica is also responsible for community networking and community events. Mrs. Muñoz currently holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and will be attending Arizona State University to pursue her Bachelor’s degree. In addition, Yessica has over 5 years of Non-Profit experience and serves her local church as the Youth Leader. Yessica enjoys quality time with her family and is always looking for ways to help others.

Fidel J. Davila Placement Manager

Fidel J. Davila works closely with the Arizona Department of Child Safety placement department. Fidel also works with the Program Facility Supervisor to place youth at PowerHouse and is a part of the Administrative Leadership team. Fidel has over 10 years of working with at-risk youth. Fidel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.

Jasmine MayberryAdministrative Assistant

My name is Jasmine Mayberry. I am an Arizona native and have played collegiate volleyball locally. I continue to be active in the sports world. I have coached national and regional level teams. I am currently in school and pursuing my degree in overall Fitness and Wellness. I work alongside the PHYF Leadership Team, providing support and bringing in new ideas to help assist with the growth of the company.

Edith MoralesExecutive Assistant

Edith Morales is the Executive Assistant and works closely with the PowerHouse Leadership team. In addition, Edith assists with payroll, hiring, training, and activity planning. Her young and creative mind brings inspiration and light to this field of work. Edith enjoys hiking, fitness, and travel.

Brandi Byrant-MayesProgram Assistant Manager

Brandi has been with PowerHouse for over 5 years. Her skill set is highly valued as she manages Carol, Bernie and our new home Flower. Brandi is now also serving as the Progam Assistant Manager. She is a mom of 3 beautiful children. She currently holds three A.As in Genral Studies, Biology and Respite Therapy. Brandi is compasioante, driven and a great leader.
